If the logo is static and encompasses the entire frame, then you Baton can detect it. Please use the Image search check under Video Quality section in the testplan. For this check, you would need to upload the logo's image file, which Baton will use to search the logo in the file. 
If the logo is present in the corner of the video ( or covers only partial area on the screen) or if the colors are different or if the logo is translucent, the current version of Baton would not be able to detect that.
