Yes. User can provide a time limit for the dropout. Incase the caption data is not available for more than the user specified limit, Baton would report an error, along with the timecode.
Yes, Baton can detect Video dropout. Please select the Video Dropout check under Video Quality check in the testplan. Please click on the icon to view the artifacts that the check can detect.
